Our company has carried out an overhaul of the Deutz BF4M2012 engine.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons along with rings, as well as the replacement of cylinder liners. In the fuel system, new fuel pumps were used along with their cups and new injector tips. The cooling system gained a new pump. The lubrication system was equipped with a new oil pump and piston lubricators.
In addition, the following were regenerated: the engine block, connecting rods, head, and also the turbocharger. The crankshaft was subjected to grinding.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
