Drivetrain Parts for Construction Machinery

Mechanic fitting a gear wheel into a gearbox housing during an overhaul in the workshop

Drivetrain parts for construction machinery are one of the largest groups in WIBAKO's offer. Our online shop lists more than 700 items: gearboxes, axles, final drives, swing reducers and slewing rings, driveshafts, differentials, propeller shafts and torque converters. We match them to excavators, wheel loaders, dump trucks, bulldozers, rollers and other machines.

Looking for a specific unit? Send us the number from the nameplate or the make, model and serial number of the machine and we will confirm the fit. Call +48 33 870 42 00, message us on WhatsApp +48 532 161 000 or e-mail biuro@wibako.pl.

Which drivetrain parts we sell

What the drivetrain of a construction machine consists of

Mechanic inspecting a splined shaft with bearing beside a disassembled yellow hydraulic swing motor

In a wheeled machine such as a loader, power from the engine goes through a gearbox or torque converter to the propeller shafts, then to the axles with differentials and final drives at the wheels. In a crawler excavator the travel drive consists of hydraulic pumps, travel motors and final drives at the tracks. The separate swing system consists of a hydraulic motor, a swing reducer and a slewing ring.

Wear in any of these parts shows up as noise, play, oil leaks, jerking when moving off or a loss of drive force. That is why it pays to know the design and choose parts for the specific system.

Condition: used, reconditioned, unused

Most drivetrain parts in the shop are used parts removed from dismantled machines. There are also reconditioned and unused parts. The condition is stated on the product page and the photos show the actual appearance. On request we will send more photos or details. Parts marked "to be verified" we check for you before you buy.

How to choose the right drivetrain part

  1. Read the type number from the nameplate of the gearbox, axle, final drive or reducer.
  2. Enter it in the shop search. Numbers work with or without hyphens and slashes.
  3. Check the applications and alternative numbers on the product page. For axles note whether it is the front or rear version, and for slewing rings the diameter and number of holes.
  4. If in doubt, send us the unit number or the machine make, model and serial number. We will confirm the fit.

Shipping heavy components

Gearboxes, axles and final drives often weigh several hundred kilograms. Components heavier than 30 kg ship on a pallet, within 2 working days of the order. We ship within Poland and to European Union countries.

Parts for machines from leading brands

We have the most drivetrain parts for machines and units from ZF, Liebherr, Volvo, Hanomag, Terex, Caterpillar, HSW, Komatsu, Case, Hyundai, O&K, Atlas, Clark and Moxy.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right gearbox or axle for my machine?

Read the type number from the unit's nameplate (for example a ZF gearbox) and compare it with the number on the product page. For axles also check whether it is a front or rear version. If in doubt, send us the unit number or the machine make, model and serial number and we will confirm the fit.

Do you sell final drives and swing reducers separately?

Yes. The shop has separate categories: final drives, swing reducers, swing bearings, axles and final drives, driveshafts, differentials, transmissions and torque converters.

Are the drivetrain parts new?

Most are used parts removed from machines. We also have reconditioned and unused parts. The condition is always stated on the product page and the photos show the actual appearance. On request we will send more photos and details.

How do you ship heavy components?

Components heavier than 30 kg, which is common in the drivetrain range, ship on a pallet within 2 working days of the order. We ship within Poland and to European Union countries.

The part I need is not in the shop. What now?

Send an enquiry with the unit number or the machine details (make, model, year, serial number). We will check availability.

Can you help me decide whether to repair or replace a final drive?

Yes. Describe the symptoms, such as noise, play, oil leaks or loss of drive, and we will advise which is more cost-effective. We also service undercarriage systems, including final drives.
