#3.What is the response time for a malfunction report within the mobile service?

We strive to respond to reports as quickly as possible, understanding the urgency of needs in the construction industry. The exact arrival time depends on the location and current workload, but we always inform the Customer about the estimated time of arrival. We are able to reach the site even within 24 hours of receiving the report.

#4.In which area do you operate with the mobile service?

Our mobile service operates throughout Poland, providing quick assistance at the site of a breakdown. Moreover, we are able to reach beyond Poland, offering services in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Germany, among others. Decisions regarding foreign orders are always made individually to ensure optimal response time and favorable travel conditions for you.

Our mobile service is capable of performing many repairs on-site, including diagnostics, fixing minor mechanical and hydraulic faults, and replacing fluids and filters. For more complex repairs, we suggest transporting the vehicle to our workshop.

Yes, we offer comprehensive repairs of pumps and hydraulic engines. We have specialized equipment and a testing station, and our mechanics have the necessary knowledge and many years of experience. Thanks to this, we are able to restore the efficiency of even the most complex components.

Under favorable conditions, we are able to prepare the engine even within 1 week.

Yes, we provide warranties for all completed renovations. Details regarding the warranty period are determined individually and are always included in the contract.

The frequency of filtration depends on the intensity of machine use and working conditions. We recommend regular laboratory oil tests, which will indicate the optimal schedule, or contact with our service for individual assessment.

Of course! We carry out courier shipments of all available parts throughout Poland and abroad, also outside the European Union. Orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible to ensure your work continuity.

To check the availability of parts, you have two main options: 1) Online store: Use our search engine in the online store, entering the part catalog number. This is the fastest way to check availability and place an order online. 2) Contact us: If you do not know the catalog number or need assistance, please contact us by phone or email, providing machine details (brand, model, year of production). Our team will quickly help you find the needed part and check its availability.

In our warehouse, we have over 100 thousand parts, both new and used, for a wide range of construction machines. If we do not have a specific part in stock, we can procure it for you in a short time.

#20.Can I buy both new and used parts? What is the difference?

Yes, we offer both new (factory-produced) and used (dismantled from machines, checked and in good condition) parts. Used parts are often a more economical alternative, especially for older machines. We also provide a startup warranty for used parts.

#21.How long does it take for the ordered part to be delivered?

We process most orders within 24-48 hours of payment being credited. Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and destination.
