An engine overhaul was carried out in our company on a Liebherr D 934 L A6.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, piston rings, as well as the replacement of cylinder liners. The fuel system gained a regenerated injection pump and injectors, and the cooling system a regenerated water pump.
In addition, the following were regenerated: cylinder heads, crankshaft, connecting rods, turbocharger and starter.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
