An engine overhaul of Deutz BF6M1015 was carried out in our company.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons and piston rings, as well as the replacement of cylinder liners. The fuel system received a regenerated injection pump and new injector tips, and the cooling system a regenerated water pump.
In addition, the following were regenerated: engine block, cylinder heads, crankshaft, connecting rods, turbocharger and starter.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
