A Deutz BF4M1013 engine overhaul was carried out in our company.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons and piston rings, as well as the replacement of cylinder liners. The fuel system received new high-pressure pumps, a new supply pump and new injector tips, and the cooling system a new water pump and thermostat.
The engine control system was equipped with a new regulator diaphragm and a high-pressure pump rail. A new oil pump was also installed.
In addition, the following were regenerated: the engine block, head, crankshaft, connecting rods, turbocharger, compressor, and the alternator and starter.
The oil cooler with housing, fan and exhaust manifold were also replaced.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
