Our company has carried out an overhaul of the Deutz BF6M1013E engine.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, replacing the crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons along with rings, and replacing the cylinder liners. New injector tips and injection pumps were installed in the fuel system. The cooling system gained a regenerated water pump and a new thermostat, and the oil system a new pump and piston cooling nozzles.
In addition, the crankshaft, cylinder head and turbocharger were regenerated.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
