A Cummins M11 engine from a Case wheel loader was repaired in our workshop.

The engine repair included, among other things, the replacement of pistons, rings, main bearings, rod bearings, and bushings. In the fuel system, refurbished injectors and a serviced injection pump were installed. The cooling system received a refurbished water pump and a new thermostat. The worn oil pump was replaced with a new one.

In addition, the following were regenerated: the crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, camshaft, turbocharger, and starter.

Finally, the engine was assembled with a new set of seals, gaskets, and filters.

After the repair, the engine was tested and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
