An engine overhaul of the Deutz BF4M1013E was carried out in our workshop.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of main bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, as well as cylinder liners and pistons along with rings. In the fuel system, refurbished injectors and new injection pumps were installed. The engine cooling system received a new water pump and thermostat. The worn oil pump was replaced with a new one. In the engine block, the camshaft bearings were replaced, and the camshaft itself was refurbished.
In addition, the following were refurbished: the crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger, and starter.
Finally, the engine was assembled with a new set of seals, gaskets, and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop
