An engine overhaul of Deutz F4L912 was carried out in our company.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons and piston rings, as well as the replacement of a complete set of cylinders. The fuel system received a regenerated injection pump and new injector tips. The cooling system got a new set of bearings. The extinguishing coil, belt tensioner and oil pump were also replaced.
In addition, the following were regenerated: cylinder heads, crankshaft, connecting rods.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets, filters and belts.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
