In the fuel system, regenerated injectors and injection pumps were installed. The engine cooling system received a regenerated water pump, new thermostats. The worn oil pump was replaced with another, functional one. In the engine block, the camshaft bearings were replaced, and the camshaft itself was regenerated.
In addition, the following were regenerated: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbocharger and starter.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.
