A Liebherr D 926 TI-E A2 engine repair was carried out in our workshop.

After a detailed verification, the engine was assembled on new repair kits containing main bearings, rod bearings and bushings, as well as cylinder liners and pistons with rings. In the fuel system, regenerated injectors and an injection pump were installed. The engine cooling system received a regenerated water pump and new thermostats. Due to the relatively good condition of the engine, the crankshaft and camshaft only required polishing.

In addition, the following were regenerated: connecting rods, heads, turbocharger and starter.

Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.

After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
