Scope of Volvo D7D engine overhaul

• Block and bottom-end overhaul – inspection of the block, replacement of cylinder liners, pistons, rings and bearings, as well as refurbishment or replacement of the oil pump.
• Cylinder head and timing gear – machining of the heads, replacement of guides, valves and stem seals, inspection of the camshaft and valve clearances.
