Scope of work – engine overhaul and refurbishment

• Block and crank–piston assembly – replacement of pistons, liners, rings and bearings; crankshaft machining and post-overhaul block inspection.
• Cylinder heads – refurbishment of heads, valves, guides and seats, resurfacing and adjustment of valve clearances after completion of the overhaul.
• Fuel system – injectors and injection pump are diagnosed and then refurbished or replaced with new spare parts.
• Pumps and ancillaries – oil pump, water pump, seals, hoses and minor service parts are replaced as part of the overhaul.

Diagnostics and dyno testing

Before delivery to the customer, the engine undergoes full diagnostics and testing on a dynamometer. Dyno tests under load confirm power and torque parameters. Thanks to this, the overhauled engine meets factory specifications and is ready to work in heavy-duty conditions.
