Liebherr D926
An engine overhaul of the Liebherr D926 was carried out in our company.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons along with rings and cylinder liners.
Overhaul process
New injector tips were installed in the fuel system.
In addition, the following were regenerated: cylinder heads, turbocharger, water pump and starter.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
