Our company has carried out an overhaul of the Deutz TCD 2015 V08 engine.
The engine overhaul included, among others, crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, piston rings, as well as the replacement of cylinder liners. The fuel system gained new injectors and a regenerated injection pump, and the cooling system a regenerated water pump.
In addition, the following were regenerated: the cylinder head, crankshaft, connecting rods, turbocharger and starter.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
