Our company has carried out an overhaul of the Liebherr D936 L A6 engine.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, camshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons along with rings, as well as the replacement of cylinder liners. The cooling system gained a regenerated pump.
In addition, the following were regenerated: engine block, crankshaft, camshaft, cylinder heads and water pump.
The oil pump, turbine, fuel pump, high-pressure pumps and injectors were checked for achieved parameters.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
