A Liebherr D914 TI engine repair was carried out in our workshop, which comes from a self-propelled crane.

The engine repair included, among other things, the replacement of main bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, as well as cylinder liners and pistons with rings. The fuel system was equipped with regenerated injectors and an injection pump.

In addition, the following were regenerated: crankshaft, connecting rods, heads, water pump, turbocharger, and starter.

Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets, and filters.

After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
