An engine overhaul of the Liebherr D926 TI-E A4 was carried out in our company
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons and piston rings, as well as the replacement of cylinder liners.
The fuel system received a regenerated injection pump and new injector tips. The camshaft, tappet cups and one of the heads were also replaced.
In addition, the following were regenerated: heads, crankshaft, connecting rods, compressor and starter.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets, filters and belts.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
