An engine overhaul of Deutz BF6M1015C was carried out in our company.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons along with rings, as well as the replacement of cylinder liners. The cooling system gained a regenerated pump.
In addition, the following were regenerated: engine block, crankshaft, connecting rods, camshaft, cylinder heads.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
