A major engine overhaul of the Deutz BF4M1012EC was carried out in our company.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons along with rings, and the replacement of the oil pump. In the fuel system, the fuel pump, high-pressure pumps, and injector tips were replaced. The cooling system gained a new water pump and a thermostat with a connector. A new clutch with an adapter was installed.
In addition, the following were regenerated: the engine block, crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, and turbocharger.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
