An engine overhaul was carried out in our company for the Liebherr D 904 NA.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons along with rings, and the replacement of cylinder liners. In the fuel system, injector tips were replaced and a regenerated injection pump was installed. The cooling system gained a regenerated water pump.
In addition, the crankshaft and cylinder head were regenerated.
Finally, a complete set of seals and filters were installed in the engine.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
