A major engine overhaul of the Cummins M11-C was carried out in our company.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft and connecting rod bearings, piston rings and cylinder liners. The oil pump, camshaft and a complete set of engine seals were also replaced.
In addition, the following were regenerated: crankshaft (grinding), turbocharger, cylinder head, water and fuel pump, and a complete set of injectors.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
