An engine overhaul of the Deutz BF6M1013 was carried out in our company.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of main bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, as well as pistons with rings. New injection pumps were installed in the fuel system, regenerated injectors with fuel lines and a new supply pump. A new oil pump was installed in the lubrication system. In addition to the above, a new water pump, a new thermostat were installed. The camshaft and cups were also replaced.
In addition, the following were regenerated: crankshaft, connecting rods, turbocharger, starter and alternator.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
