Volvo D7E
A repair of the Volvo D7E engine, which is used in many construction machines, was carried out in our workshop.
The repaired engine was rebuilt based on new repair kits containing sleeves, pistons, rings and pins with protections. In addition, from the basic elements, main bearings, bearings and connecting rod bushings were installed.
Course of the repair
New injectors and new high-pressure pumps were installed in the fuel system. The engine cooling system received a new water pump and a new thermostat. The worn oil pump was also replaced with a new one. In the engine block, the camshaft bearings were replaced, and the camshaft itself was regenerated.
In addition, the following were regenerated: the crankshaft, connecting rods, head, turbocharger, and starter.
The entire engine was assembled on a new set of seals, sealers and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop
