Overhaul details

• Major overhaul: new pistons, liners, rings, and bearings; crankshaft machining; cylinder head fully inspected and verified.
• Lubrication & cooling systems: new oil pump, water pump, thermostats, and seals.
• Fuel system: injectors and pump fully tested; worn components replaced.
• Ancillaries: turbocharger refurbished; option to add extra hydraulic pumps or alternative timing gear housings to suit your machine.

Warranty

The overhauled engine is covered by a warranty with the option to extend up to 24 months.

Every engine after overhaul undergoes power and torque tests on our dynamometer. We verify pressures, temperatures, tightness, and running quality under load. A dyno report is included with the engine.
