• Comprehensive block rebuild: new liners, pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, oil pump, and water pump.
• Cylinder heads fully machined: resurfacing, new guides and valves, pressure/leak testing.
• Crankshaft ground and balanced to the manufacturer’s specification.
• Fuel system fully inspected – components remanufactured or replaced for reliable starting and low fuel consumption.
• Turbocharger and engine-oil cooling system verified and remanufactured.
• Final load test on a dyno – parameter report available.

Configuration and repowers

• Accessory matching: alternator, starter, compressor, wiring harness/ECM, manifolds, timing gear housing, crank pulley.
