• New full-engine sealing; oil pump and coolant pump replaced or remanufactured.
• Fuel system tested: injectors and high-pressure pump remanufactured/calibrated.
• Turbocharger inspected or remanufactured; intercooler and intake system checked.
• ECU updated and wiring harness checked; auxiliary accessories inspected.

Testing and documentation

• Full-load dyno run with parameter log (oil pressure, temperature).
• Electronic diagnostics with fault report and calibration confirmation.
• Assembly record plus a list of parts used in the rebuild.
