Professional service and repair of Case construction equipment

Is your Case crawler excavator losing performance, does your wheel loader have driving dynamics issues, or have you noticed leaks from the control valve section? At WIBAKO, we effectively diagnose and eliminate failures in Case wheel excavators, loaders, and backhoe loaders. Our specialists know the specifics of power hydraulics of this brand inside out – we precisely recondition hydraulic pumps (including Bosch Rexroth, Parker) and repair FPT and Cummins drive units. We offer fast travel with our mobile service directly to the construction site, as well as comprehensive repairs at our stationary workshop. We swiftly restore your machine to full working order, minimizing costly downtime.

When to Submit Equipment for Repair?

Signs of Hydraulic and Engine Damage in Case Construction Machinery

Even a minor loss in axial piston pump performance, a leak around the control valve, an injection system fault, or travel motor wear can drastically reduce machine productivity and lead to costly downtime on site.

Drastic drop in power after the system warms up - if your Case CX210 excavator visibly slows down and loses breakout force after reaching working temperature, it usually means internal pressure loss in the main pump or leaks in the control valve sections.

Unusual exhaust smoke color - heavy black smoke under load indicates turbocharger or injector issues in FPT (Fiat Powertrain Technologies) and Cummins engines. Light or bluish smoke suggests engine oil consumption or coolant leakage.

Noisy operation and cavitation in the hydraulic system - disturbing knocking, whining, or metallic sounds coming from the pump chamber are signs of air in the system, lack of proper pressure, or scuffing of working components in Bosch Rexroth / Parker hydraulic pumps.

Machine pulling to one side and weakened travel drive - Case wheel loader or excavator (e.g., CX130 or 821G) has difficulty driving uphill, veers off course, or shows uneven power on hydraulic motors.

Unstable RPM and hard engine starting - idle surging and long starter cranking (on both cold and hot engines) require prompt fuel system inspection.

Metal particles in the hydraulic oil filter - metal shavings found during filter element replacement are the final warning sign before complete pump seizure and contamination of the entire system.

Our experts will restore full performance and power to your machine

Specialized Case Power Hydraulics Service Team

Our experienced team of mechanics and diagnosticians specializes in comprehensive reconditioning and service of Bosch Rexroth, Parker, and Danfoss piston pumps, track and swing drive motors, as well as advanced multi-section control valves.

We precisely diagnose modern electro-hydraulic control systems used in Case machinery (including the popular CX series and G-series loaders). At our service center, we perform complete overhauls of main pumps, ranging from smaller models like the Case CX130 to powerful CX490 crawler excavators. We replace rotary groups, cylinder blocks, valve plates, pistons, and seal kits, allowing us to restore factory pressure and flow parameters without the need to invest in expensive new components.

No more power losses, smoking, or injection system failures

Combustion Engine Specialists for Case Machinery

When the engine in your Case excavator, loader, or backhoe loader loses power under load, burns oil, or reports exhaust gas aftertreatment system faults, WIBAKO provides professional, comprehensive complete engine overhauls.

We possess extensive practical experience in servicing and completely rebuilding FPT / Iveco and Cummins units, which power Case construction equipment.

Our mechanics disassemble every engine down to individual parts, subjecting them to thorough inspection and technical micro-measurements. We perform complete block machining, crankshaft grinding and alignment, cylinder head repair, piston-connecting rod system component replacement, and professional reconditioning and testing of Common Rail injectors. In this way, we effectively fix faults and restore the drive unit to factory efficiency and nominal smooth operation.

Testing Under Real Operating Load Conditions

Proprietary Hydraulic and Engine Dynamometer in WIBAKO Diagnostic Stations

At WIBAKO, we completely rule out half-measures and do not release components without technical parameter verification. We possess an advanced diagnostic facility with our own hydraulic dynamometer and a customized engine dynamometer to test power units producing up to 500 HP.

Hydraulics Test Station: Reconditioned main pumps and travel motors from Case excavators and loaders (including CX210, CX300, or G-series models) are subjected to load tests at optimal oil temperature and working pressures of 350-400 bar. Our engineers meticulously check the operation of displacement regulators, control valves, and electronic hydraulic control systems.

Combustion Engine Test Station: Rebuilt FPT and Cummins engines undergo full load testing that reflects heavy-duty working conditions in aggregate quarries or demanding construction sites. We continuously measure lubrication pressure, exhaust temperature, Common Rail system parameters, and total tightness. After testing is completed, you receive a fully verified, broken-in engine accompanied by official technical measurement results.

We Minimize Your Fleet Downtime

Mobile Technical Service - On-Site Case Machine Repairs

We understand full well that organizing low-loader transport for a multi-ton crawler excavator or Case loader from a construction site or aggregate quarry involves huge costs and complex logistical challenges. That is why at WIBAKO we offer rapid mobile service for Case construction equipment, coming straight to the client.

Our dedicated fleet of fully equipped service vehicles reaches the construction site directly. We carry specialized interfaces and diagnostic software to read codes from Case machine controllers, advanced measuring equipment to verify hydraulic pressures and flows, and a professional set of tools for field repairs.
