Caterpillar oil filter base 104-7995 for Caterpillar 3196, C9 and C15 engines, weight 1.71 kg. The base holds the oil filter and routes oil through the filter into the lubrication system. It is an aluminium casting with a central threaded stud for the cartridge, a side threaded port and four mounting holes in the foot. New part.
