What do we repair?

We carry out comprehensive overhauls of internal combustion engines. Please note that we do not repair individual engine components or parts! The power unit that comes to us undergoes a complete repair cycle, culminating in performance testing. In case of difficulties with delivering the unit to us, our mobile service offers engine dismantling and transportation.

What does the overhaul process look likes?

We always start our repairs with a complete engine disassembly and a detailed assessment of its condition. Then we proceed with the technical work, and depending on the condition of individual components, they are either regenerated or replaced with new ones - either original or proven replacements. The final stage always involves testing the engine on a dynamometer, where it undergoes performance testing and full load simulation in simulated machine operating conditions. Estimated cost?

The cost of the overhaul depends on the condition of the engine and the availability of any replacement parts. Our advisor will conduct a preliminary assessment and provide an estimated price. To facilitate the verification process, it is important to provide at least the engine type. After receiving the preliminary cost estimate, before the engine is brought to the workshop and dismantled, you can always choose to opt out of the overhaul without incurring any costs.

How long it take?

The estimated duration of the overhaul is 14-21 business days, depending on the required work, this period may be extended. Customers are kept informed about the progress of the renovation or any potential delays.
