Recondition of Liebherr D924 T-E A1 diesel engine

Our workshop repaired a Liebherr D924 T-E A1 diesel engine that used in many types of Liebherr machines, e.g. Liebherr R904 crawler excavator.

Engine rebuilding included replacing following parts: new main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners and pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and revisioned injection pump. Cooling system was equipped by new thermostats and reconditioned water pump.

Engine block required to replace camshaft bushings in the process the camshaft was reconditioned as well.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbocharger and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
