Recondition of Komatsu SAA6D107E-1 diesel engine

Engine rebuilding was started by replace damaged parts like engine block, crankshaft, camshaft with tappets. Then engine was assembled with new main bearings, conrod's bearings, conrod bushings and pistons sets. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and injection pump. Cooling system was equiped with new thermostat and reconditioned water pump.

Oil pump that was quite worn so We replaced it by a new one.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger and starter.

The engine was assembled on a new set of seals, sealants and filters.

After the repair, the engine was checked and initially run-in on the engine dyno stand for proper running.
