Recondition of engine Liebherr D9508 A7

We rebuilt the engine with following new repair kits containing liners, pistons, piston rings and pins with clips. Additionally, the main bearing shells, connecting rod bearing shells and bushings were installed from the scope of basic elements. During engine examination We were surprised of condition of crankshaft and camshaft – these parts were almost imacinate condition, in result off the polishing of those was enough.

New injectors and new high-pressure pump were installed in the fuel system. The engine cooling system got a reconditioned water pump and a new thermostats. We have also replaced the worn oil pumps by the new one.

We have also regenerate following components: connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbochargers and engine starter.

The engine was assembled on a new set of seals, sealants and filters.

After the repair, the engine was checked and initially run-in on the engine dyno-stand for proper running.
