Recondition of engine Liebherr D926 TI-E A5

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, piston rings and cylinder liners. Two pistons, most of push rods and one of cylinder head has been replaced due the damage of. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and new prime injector. In cooling system was instaled reconditioned water pump.
Because the engine was out of machine, the hydraulic pump was subjected to the inspection - during the inspection, the set of seals was replaced so that it could finally be put on a test stand in our power hydraulics workshop.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbocharger and cylinder block.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set and engine wiring was repaired.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
