Recondition of engine Liebherr D 9408 TI-E A4

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and fully overhauled injection pump. Cooling system was equipped reconditioned water pump and thermostats.
Crankshaft and camshaft because of quite good shape were polished only.
We have also reconditioned: connecting rods, cylinder head, alternator and starter.
At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.
After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
