Recondition of engine Liebherr D 924 T-E A1

Firstly engine was dismantled completely and then after verification of condition the engine was assembled with new main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and injection pump. Cooling system was equipped by new thermostats and reconditioned water pump.
Engine block required camshaft bushes replacement as well as camshaft recondition.
We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbocharger and starter.
At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.
After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
