Recondition of engine Liebherr D 924 T-E A1

Replacement of worn out engine block began the engine overhaul. In the next step, the engine was assembled on new repair kits containing main bushings, bushings and connecting rod bushings, as well as cylinder liners and pistons with rings. Reconditioned injectors and an injection pump were installed in the fuel system. The engine cooling system got a regenerated water pump and new thermostats. Worn oil pump was replaced with another working one. The camshaft bearings in the engine block have been replaced and the camshaft itself has been regenerated.

Moreover, the following parts were regenerated: crankshaft, connecting rods, heads, turbocharger and starter.

Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
