Recondition of engine Liebherr D 914 Ti

Engine rebuilding was started by replace destroyed parts like cylinder head and pushrods. Then engine was assembled with new main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and injection pump. Cooling system was equiped by new thermostats and reconditioned water pump.

Oil pump that was quite worn We replaced by the pump after revision.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, camshaft, cylinder heads, turbocharger, air compressor, alternator and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
