Recondition of engine Komatsu S6D102E-1

The engine repair was initiated by replacement of the damaged engine block, crankshaft, camshaft with tappets and the cylinder head. Each of these elements has been regenerated. Subsequently, the engine was assembled on new repair kits containing main bearings, bushings and connecting rod bushes, as well as complete pistons sets. Reconditioned injectors and an injection pump were installed in the fuel system.

The engine cooling system received a new water pump and thermostat, the coolant filter base required replacement. The worn oil pump has been replaced with a new one.

In addition, the following were regenerated: connecting rods, turbocharger, camshaft and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
