Recondition of engine Deutz TCD2013 L06 2V

The overhaul was performed on the basis of our engine at the customer's request and based on its configuration. The engine was assembled on new repair kits containing main bearings, conrod bearings and conrod bushings, as well as cylinder liners and pistons with rings. Fuel system was equiped reconditioned injectors and new fuel pumps. The engine cooling system got a new water pump and a new thermostat. The worn out oil pump was replaced with a new one. The engine block has undergone a remanufacturing process which also includes the replacement of the camshaft bearings.

Moreover, the following parts were regenerated: crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger, alternator and starter. At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
