Recondition of engine Deutz TCD2012L04 2V

We have reconditioned in our company the engine of Deutz TCD2012L04 2V mounted in Fuchs wheel excavator MHL 320. Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: conrod and crankshaft bearings, pistons with rings, fuel and water pump, tensors bearings, camshaft, tappets and engine seals set.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, conrods, turbocharger and oversized cylinder liners.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
