Recondition of engine Deutz BF4M2012

Engine rebuilding included replace of destroyed parts like engine block, crankshaft,connecting rods and camshaft with tappets. Then engine was assembled with new main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and new injection pumps. Cooling system was equiped by new thermostat and water pump.

Oil pump that was quite worn we replaced by the new pump.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger, alternator and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
