Recondition of engine Cummins QSB5.9

We rebuilt the engine with following new repair kits containing pistons, piston rings and pins with clips. Additionally, the main bearing shells, connecting rod bearing shells and bushings were installed from the scope of basic elements. Reconditioned injectors and high-pressure pump were installed in the fuel system. The engine cooling system got a new water pump and a new thermostat. We have also replaced the worn oil pump with a new one. Camshaft bearings were replaced in the engine block - the camshaft itself was regenerated as well. Almost all timing gears were changed due worn out and corrosion.

We have also regenerate following components: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger, alternator and engine starter.

The engine was assembled on a new set of seals, sealants and filters.

After the repair, the engine was checked and initially run-in on the engine dyno stand for proper running.
