Recondition of engine Cummins 6CT8.3

At the beginning of rebuilding We replaced completely rusted engine block and camshaft with tappets.Then engine was assembled with new main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and injection pump, priming fuel pump was replaced. Cooling system was equiped by new thermostats and new water pump. Oil pump that was quite worn We replaced it by the new one.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger, alternator and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
