Recondition of engine Cummins 4B3.9

We started the engine overhaul with the engine block regeneration. After successfully oversizing of the engine block and replacing the camshaft bushings, we proceeded to the next part of the restoration. We have replaced the main components such as pistons with rings and pins as well as set of main and connecting rod bearings. Remanufactured injectors and an injection pump as well as a new primming pump were installed in the fuel system. The engine cooling system received a new water pump and a new thermostat. The worn oil pump was also replaced with a new one.

Moreover, the following parts were regenerated: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, camshaft, alternator and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
