Recondition of Cummins 4BT3.9 diesel engine

Engine rebuilding was started by recondition of the engine block – it was oversized. Then engine was assembled with new sets of main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, oversized pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and revisioned injection pump. Cooling system was equiped by new thermostat and new water pump. Oil pump was replaced too.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger, camshaft and starter.

The engine was assembled on a new set of seals, sealants and filters.

After the repair, the engine was checked and initially run-in on the engine dyno-stand for proper running.
