Bobcat Service
Bobcat Machine Specifics and Operating Challenges
Bobcat compact construction equipment – including iconic skid-steer loaders, compact track loaders and mini excavators – forms the foundation of earthmoving, municipal and road works worldwide. It is characterized by exceptional maneuverability, high power density and densely packed hydraulic systems. However, this design places strict demands on the reliability of individual components.
Continuous operation under extreme loads in highly dusty environments increases the risk of failures. The greatest risk for a business is unplanned machine downtime, which generates significant costs and delays in contract execution. Difficult operating conditions most quickly affect the condition of hydrostatic systems and power units.
We provide comprehensive technical support – both stationary, carried out at our central workshop, and mobile, directly at the customer's location. Our team of engineers and service technicians precisely diagnoses faults, eliminates their causes and restores Bobcat machines to full factory performance.

Why WIBAKO?
Engineering Facilities and Our Experience
Working with our company means the highest quality and technical standards, built through decades of market experience.
Over 30 years of experience: For more than three decades, WIBAKO has specialized in the remanufacturing, servicing and repair of heavy and compact construction equipment.
Two Specialized Departments:
Hydraulics Department: Our experts specialize exclusively in the diagnosis and remanufacturing of hydraulic pumps, travel motors, control valves and cylinders.
Diesel Engine Department: Our team of engineers and mechanics carries out comprehensive overhauls of power units.
Modern Diagnostic Facilities:
Hydraulic System Test Benches: We perform pressure tests and flow-rate measurements under load after every remanufacturing process.
Stationary Engine Dyno: After a major overhaul, engines undergo a complete running-in process and verification of power and torque parameters on our stationary engine dynamometer under load before the equipment is returned to the customer.
Why WIBAKO?
Bobcat Hydraulics Repair and Remanufacturing
Hydrostatic drive systems in Bobcat machines require absolute precision. Our team of experts carries out a complete remanufacturing process for hydraulic system components, including grinding of control valves, replacement of rotating groups in piston pumps, remanufacturing of cylinder blocks, and replacement of pistons and technical seals.
In Bobcat machines, we remanufacture and diagnose, among others:
Variable-displacement piston pumps (including Rexroth, Sauer Danfoss and Eaton travel drive systems)
Travel hydraulic motors and planetary final drives
Swing motors and main pumps in mini excavators
Proportional hydraulic control valves and relief valves

Bobcat Service
Major Diesel Engine Overhauls in Bobcat Machines
At WIBAKO, we carry out comprehensive rebuilds of power units used in Bobcat machines. Each overhaul includes block alignment, grinding or replacement of the crankshaft, replacement of cylinder liners, pistons, rings and bearings, as well as complete cylinder head remanufacturing. Injection systems (Common Rail and injection pumps) undergo precise calibration.
We service and remanufacture engines of brands used in Bobcat equipment:
Kubota: V2203, V2403, V2607, V3307, D1105, D1803 series,
Bobcat (Doosan): D18, D24, D34 series (including systems with Common Rail and DPF),
Deutz: TD 2.9 L4, D2011, BF4M2011 series,
Perkins: 404D, 404F, 104-22 series.

Service throughout Poland
Mobile Machine Service at the Construction Site
To meet the needs of dynamic construction sites, our WIBAKO Mobile Service travels directly to the location of the failure. Our service vehicles are equipped with specialized diagnostic tools, portable flow meters, pressure testers and hose crimping equipment. Our mobile team performs computer diagnostics, resolves minor hydraulic and electrical faults and, in the event of major failures, removes components and transports them to our central workshop.
When Should You React?
Symptoms of Hydraulic System Failure in Bobcat Machines
Due to their compact design and high operating pressures, hydrostatic systems in Bobcat machines produce clear warning signs before complete seizure. Early intervention helps prevent the costly spread of metal particles throughout the entire system.
The most common symptoms of hydraulic system faults include:
Loss of Power Under Load (Loud Pump Operation): The machine loses lifting or pushing power as the hydraulic oil temperature rises, accompanied by characteristic whining or loud whistling from the hydrostatic pump.
Uneven Travel or Loss of Steering: In skid-steer loaders, the machine pulling to one side, slow response from one of the controls or a complete loss of drive on one side indicates wear of the piston pump or travel hydraulic motor.
Hydraulic Oil Overheating: A rapid increase in hydraulic fluid temperature indicates internal leakage in the control valve, relief valves or worn rotating groups of pumps.
Foaming Oil and Air Bubbles in the Tank: Air entering the system is most often caused by leaks on the pump suction side or damaged shaft seals.
Jerking and Delayed Attachment Response: Vibrations of the cylinders and jerky operation of the loader or mini excavator arm indicate a drop in pilot control pressure or damaged proportional valves.

Do Not Ignore the Symptoms
Symptoms of Diesel Engine Failure in Bobcat Machines
Power units from Kubota, Doosan/Bobcat, Deutz and Perkins operating under demanding construction conditions show clear signs indicating the need for diagnostics or a major overhaul. Key symptoms of engine failure include:
Unusual Exhaust Smoke Color:
Blue smoke: It indicates engine oil combustion caused by worn piston rings, cylinder liners or valve stem seals.
Black smoke: It indicates incomplete fuel combustion caused by damaged Common Rail injectors, an injection pump or turbocharger problems.
White smoke: It indicates coolant entering the combustion chambers (e.g. a damaged head gasket or cracked cylinder head).
Difficulty Starting When Cold or Hot: A faulty injection system or reduced cylinder compression prevents the engine from starting properly.
Metallic Knocking and Engine Block Noises: Knocking that becomes more pronounced under load often indicates worn connecting rod bearings, main bearings or excessive clearance at the piston pins.
Blow-by into the Oil Sump and Oil Leaks from the Filler Cap: Excessive crankcase pressure and oil being forced out through the breather indicate critical wear of the piston-cylinder system.
Low Oil Pressure and Overheating: An oil pressure warning light that comes on at idle with the engine warm requires the machine to be shut down immediately and serviced.

Professional Bobcat Machine Repair
Written Quality Guarantee – 12 Months
The reliability of our technological processes, certified spare parts and meticulous quality control enable WIBAKO to provide 12-month written warranty on completed major diesel engine overhauls. This warranty demonstrates our uncompromising assembly precision and the full operational efficiency of power units after the remanufacturing process.
How is a Bobcat engine tested under load on your in-house dynamometer?
After completing the engine overhaul, we install the engine on our test bench. The unit is connected to the measurement system, where it undergoes initial running-in, after which we gradually increase the load to higher levels. We measure oil pressure, temperature, output power, torque and the tightness of the systems. Only a positive test result qualifies the engine for collection by the Customer.
Which engine brands used in Bobcat equipment are supported by your service?
Our service provides comprehensive repairs for all engines installed in Bobcat equipment. These include primarily Kubota engines, original Bobcat/Doosan engines (D18, D24, D34), as well as engines from Deutz and Perkins.
Is it possible to send a disassembled pump or engine to the WIBAKO service by courier?
Yes, we serve customers throughout Poland and abroad on a door-to-door basis. The disassembled component, such as a hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor or diesel engine, can be securely placed on a pallet and shipped to our facility in Juszczyn. After diagnosis and quotation, we carry out the reconditioning and return the component ready for installation.
