Service and repair of Doosan construction machinery

Has your Doosan lost power, developed leaks in the control valve, or is facing a power hydraulics failure? At WIBAKO, we effectively repair Doosan wheeled excavators, crawler excavators, and wheel loaders. We eliminate faults in hydraulic systems based on Kawasaki / Doosan pumps and Doosan, Cummins, and Scania power units. We offer mobile diagnostics on-site and comprehensive component regeneration in our stationary workshop, quickly restoring machines to full operational capability.

When is it Time to Intervene?

Symptoms of Power Hydraulics and Engine Failure in Doosan Machinery

Even a slight drop in piston pump efficiency, a leak in the main control valve, an issue with the Common Rail injection system, or wear on the travel motor can drastically reduce performance and expose your company to costly downtime.

Here are key warning signs in Doosan machinery indicating the need for diagnostics or overhaul:

Slowing down and loss of movement power after oil heats up - if the Doosan DX225LC excavator works dynamically in the morning and drastically weakens after the hydraulic oil reaches operating temperature, it indicates a loss of internal tightness in the main pump or control valve.

Exhaust color change and smoke - thick black smoke under load points to a turbocharger or injection system fault in Doosan DL06 / DL08 engines. Blue or white smoke signals oil burning or coolant leaks.

Unnatural noises and pump cavitation - characteristic metallic grinding or loud whining from the hydraulic chamber indicates lack of proper pressure, air in the system, or mechanical seizure of Kawasaki K3V / K5V pump pistons.

Travel and steering problems - Doosan DX140W wheeled excavator or DX300LC crawler excavator pulls to one side, struggles to climb slopes, or shows a lack of power in one of the travel motors.

Uneven engine operation and starting difficulties - fluctuating idle speed, hard cold starts, or hot start issues on Doosan or Cummins units.

Metal shavings in hydraulic filters - the presence of shiny dust or metal particles in the filter housing is the final warning signal before catastrophic main pump failure.

Our expert team will restore full dynamics to your machine

Specialized Doosan Power Hydraulics Team

Our dedicated team of hydraulic technicians specializes in servicing and reconditioning Kawasaki, Doosan, and Rexroth piston pumps, travel and swing motors, as well as multi-section control valves.

We diagnose advanced e-EPOS electronic hydraulic control systems installed in Doosan DX series excavators. At our service center in Kojszówka, we recondition main pumps operating in models ranging from the DX140LC to heavy-duty DX490LC excavators. We replace rotary groups, valve plates, pistons, and seals, restoring factory volumetric efficiency without the need to purchase expensive new components.

No more smoking, power losses, and injection system faults

Specialized Doosan Internal Combustion Engines Team

When the engine in your Doosan excavator or loader loses power under load, consumes excessive amounts of oil, or signals exhaust gas aftertreatment system errors (DPF/SCR), WIBAKO offers advanced major engine overhauls.

We have extensive experience in servicing and rebuilding dedicated Doosan power units (G2 D18, D24, D34, DL06, DL08, DL11), Cummins (QSB4.5, QSB6.7, QSL9), and powerful Scania engines (DC09, DC13).

Each engine is disassembled, cleaned, and subject to precise micromachining measurements. We perform full line boring and machining of the block, crankshaft alignment, grinding, cylinder head reconditioning, crank-piston system rebuilds, as well as testing and calibration of Common Rail injectors. Thanks to this, we eliminate hidden defects and restore the machine to nominal factory operating parameters.

Tests under real-load conditions

Professional Hydraulic and Engine Dynamometer at WIBAKO

At WIBAKO, we eliminate risk and do not install components by guesswork. We have our own diagnostic facilities with a hydraulic test bench and an engine dynamometer to test combustion engines up to 500 HP.

Hydraulic Dynamometer: Main pumps and hydraulic motors from Doosan DX225LC or DX300LC excavators are tested under full working pressure (reaching up to 350-400 bar) and under controlled oil temperatures. We verify proper operation of power regulators, relief valves, and e-EPOS systems.

Engine Dynamometer: Reconditioned Doosan DL06 or Scania DC13 engines undergo load tests simulating machine operation during the heaviest digging or aggregate handling. We monitor oil pressure, exhaust temperature, tightness, and injection parameters. You receive a fully broken-in engine accompanied by an official technical report.

We minimize downtime on the job site

Fast Mobile Service - On-Site Doosan Machine Repair

We fully understand that transporting a multi-ton Doosan excavator from a construction site or gravel pit to the workshop involves high costs and logistical difficulties. That is why we offer mobile service for Doosan construction machinery.

Fully equipped WIBAKO service vehicles arrive directly at the location of the breakdown. We carry computer diagnostic interfaces for verifying Doosan ECU errors, pressure measurement equipment for hydraulic systems, and field service tools.

Most routine faults – fuel system leaks, sensor errors, control valve issues, or hose damage – are resolved on the spot at the construction site. In cases of severe mechanical damage, our mechanics safely disassemble the hydraulic pump, travel motor, or engine and transport it to our base in Kojszówka for full reconditioning. We travel to cities such as Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków, Katowice, Wrocław, Poznań, Lublin, Zakopane, Gdańsk, Białystok, and Nowy Sącz.

Do you offer a warranty on remanufactured hydraulic pumps and overhauled Doosan engines?

Yes. We provide a written warranty for all components remanufactured in our workshop. Before release, every element undergoes rigorous load testing on a stationary test bench, which eliminates the risk of re-work.

Do I need to transport the entire excavator to your workshop, or is it enough to send the damaged part?

You do not need to transport the entire machine. If your mechanic has removed the damaged hydraulic pump, final drive motor, or control valve, you can send it to us via courier or deliver it in person to our facility in Kojszówka. Following remanufacturing and bench testing, we ship the ready-to-install component back to you. If needed, our mobile service team can also come to your job site to remove the part directly.

Do you also service the latest Develon machines and Doosan mini excavators?

Yes, Develon is the direct successor to the Doosan brand. We have the appropriate diagnostic software, schematics, and access to parts for the latest -7 series models (Develon) as well as older generations of wheeled excavators, crawler excavators, and mini excavators (DX-Z series).
