An overhaul of the Deutz BF6M1013 engine was carried out in our company.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, camshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons with rings, as well as the replacement of cylinder liners. The fuel system gained new fuel pumps and injector tips, and the cooling system a new water pump.
In addition, the following were regenerated: the cylinder head, the crankshaft and the turbocharger.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
